前台北市內湖警分局長張夢麟因任內發生疑似山老鼠案，當時被台北市長柯文哲拍桌怒罵，要將他「拔官」；柯文哲23日表示，當時就撤銷了。對此，國民黨立委蔡正元批評說，汙衊警察的政客名嘴、台灣社會裝沒事？
蔡正元表示，今年三月發生「內湖漂流木案」，除了持有漂流木的當事人外，張夢麟分局長等多名警察，被民進黨籍台北市議員高嘉瑜誣控、被柯文哲辱罵處罰、被三立等電視台名嘴羞辱。
蔡正元指出，檢調單位終於還警察和當事人清白。
蔡正元不解，柯文哲、高嘉瑜、綠色名嘴，各個都裝聾作啞，好像沒發生過什麼事的樣子，台灣社會好像也不覺得警察被誣控、汚衊、羞辱，不是什麼大不了的事，台灣怎麼會病成這樣？
